What is your new patient procedure?

Because we provide individualized treatment specifically tailored to each patient our new patient procedure can very from patient to patient. Feel free to contact the office at 217-223-6170 to discuss what new patient procedure would look like for you.

What types of health insurance do you accept?

We are out of network for all insurances. We will happily print a CMS 1500 or super bill form for you to send into your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
